Practice Principal:

Helen has been a financial adviser since 1998. She has a Diploma of Financial Planning from Deakin University; is a Certified Financial Planner™ and a member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia and SPAA.

Helen has worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years. She has been in the financial planning industry for the last twenty years and has previously worked in the banking sector, real estate investment, mortgage, insurance and marketing.

Helen enjoys working with complex scenarios and is grateful and honoured to have assisted many folk to better financial positions.

Personal Profile:

Suma has been an adviser since 2008 and has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore University, India and received her Diploma in Financial Planning from Deakin University in 2004.

Suma has experience in banking, insurance, superannuation and financial planning/paraplanning.

Personal Profile

Danielle is our Client Services officer. She assists in both our Financial Planning and Salary Packaging Teams.

Danielle has 12 years of customer service experience, 5 of those years included management. She joined our team in March 2011, after 3 years of experience with a major insurer.

Danielle continues to learn her new role with sizeable enthusiasm, and looks to the future endeavours with our company.

Nicole Henry

Personal Profile:

Nicole started her career in finance with the CBA’s Property division, first as receptionist, progressing to accounts, and later moving to the International Trade division. She also worked with Colonial First State when they first entered the market in Queensland dealing with general banking, insurance and mortgage solutions. She actually gained work experience with Financial Design at Springwood where she learned how the financial planning process worked and what it offered to potential clients. From there she commenced with QPlan, a boutique financial planning firm that targeted mainly SMSFs and appropriate solutions for same. She acquired her DipFP and additional knowledge requirements regarding SMSF's, becoming a junior adviser. After a break in her career for children, Nicole found herself back at Springwood as a Client Services Officer. After refreshing her education, Nicole is now taking on the responsible role of Review Planner as she furthers her education and experience.
